How I handle
your details
This page covers what you send me through the website review form, by email or on WhatsApp. It is short on purpose.
Who is responsible
Malta Web Atelier is a trading name of Maltaautomations, a sole trader. Address: Triq il-Port Ruman, St Paul's Bay (Qawra), Malta. Email: [email protected]. I am Lucas, and I read every request myself.
What I collect and why
The review form asks for your name, email, business name and, if you want, your website and what to look at first. I use them to review your booking path and reply to you. The reason is that you asked me to, before any agreement between us. I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Who else handles them
Formspree, Inc. (United States) receives the form and emails it to me. Your message is therefore processed in the United States. Google Workspace hosts my email, so replies and anything you email me sit there. Cloudflare hosts this website. Its Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. Cloudflare may set one strictly necessary security cookie to keep out automated traffic. WhatsApp (Meta) carries anything you send me there, under WhatsApp's own terms.
How long I keep them
I keep an enquiry for up to twelve months after we last spoke, then delete it. If we work together, I keep what tax and accounting law requires for as long as it requires.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to [email protected] and I will reply within one month. If you are not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt).
